College Essay Prompt - Why You Need To Write From A Cultural-Diversity PerspectiveWriting a college essay prompt can be a challenge if you don't know how to write from an informed perspective. When you use the proper essay writing tools and guide, you can produce a well-written essay in no time at all.Diversity is what makes the world go round. The world in which we live is a melting pot of diversity. It has no boundaries to restrict one group of people from another or vice versa. In the college essay prompt, you have to be aware of the 'D' word - diversity. Not everyone's experiences are the same. Diversity does not mean that all cultures and lifestyles should be equally respected. When you take the time to study history, literature, geography, or even a few languages, you can gain a variety of different perspectives. Diversity also means different social identities, religious beliefs, family backgrounds, etc.Other examples include different lifestyles, political views, and lifestyles such as martial arts, biker gangs, etc. Some of the greatest thinkers and explorers throughout history are also not native to America. If these characters do not have an American origin, their achievements are not listed on the Thanksgiving holiday or the list of the greatest men of all time. Some of the greatest historical people were also sometimes considered by some to be 'un-American'. This didn't mean that they had no pride in their country; it just meant that their culture, nationality, and heritage were different from the majority culture in that country. Although their native language was used as a common language, their religion, their personal beliefs, and many other personal attributes were not seen as acceptable in the dominant culture. At some point in their life, many people learn another language or take foreign language lessons. These lessons can bring them a level of intellectual knowledge that they had never thought possible. Studying a foreign language or pursuing a foreign country can really change your life, regardless of what it brings you, which is culture, or whether or not you are truly American or not.
